About Commerce: The Wilson College attained Autonomous status in 2022 and this set the department aflame, constantly endeavor to offer relevant and updated courses with practical dimension to provide dynamic business environment with skilled and furnished Personnel. The commerce department of our college offers the students to study wide range of courses majorly in Commerce, Accountancy, Finance, Management and Economics.

"RESEARCH PE CHARCHA"
HOW TO WRITE A RESEARCH PAPER: Department of commerce in Collaboration with IQAC and R&D Cell invited resource Person- Mr. Atul Sathe for An Informative session “Research Pe Charcha” How To Write A Research Paper. Approx. 60+ students participated in the “Charcha” and gained the knowledge on How to go ahead with a Research Paper writing.
Blood Donation Drive The Commerce Department of Wilson College under the aegis of IQAC, and medical aid, in collaboration with Fortis hospital (Mulund) and Red Swastik Society and Diabetic Health Care conducted Blood Donation Camp and Health Care Check up on Wednesday, 14th of September, 2022. As a part of this drive, a poster making competition was held, where students of different streams participated to create awareness on Blood Donation. Students were awarded cerificates for blood Donation as well as results of poster making was also declared
FRESHER’S HIRING SECRET:
An informative session on the “Fresher’s Hiring Secret” was conducted by Commerce Department of Wilson College on 29th September 2022. The guest speaker for the session was an American speaker Mr. Elliot Rosenberg, CEO of Bossji-a consulting services firm.
Bombay Stock Exchange Visit A study visit to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) was organized by the Commerce Department of the Wilson College on 15th September, 2022. The students and faculties from different departments were invited for the same. The departments that participated for the same were B. COM, BAF, BAMMC, BMS, BSCIT. Around 400+ students have participated in the study visit.
SESSION ON “CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS IN INDIAN ARMED FORCES”: An informative session on the “Career Opportunities for Students in Indian Armed Forces” was conducted by Commerce Department of Wilson College in collabroration with INDIAN NAVY.
INDUSTRIAL VIST TO CHANDIGHAR-KULLU MANALI: Commerce department organized industrial visit for First, Second and third year students to Steel Bird Helmet factory, Chandigarh, India. The tour was of 7 days to Chandighar-Kullu-Manali.
SESSION ON “TIPS AND TRICK FOR VIRTUAL AND PHYSICAL INTERVIEW”: The commerce department in collaboration with ITM Business School organized session for tips and tricks for virtual and physical interview.
WILSON PREMIER LEAGUE: Commerce department organized a cricket tournament for Wilson college students at Oval Maidan, Churchgate on 14th November 2022. The B.com Department won the trophy.
